What do you need to register?
Your UHC insurance member ID
Your date of birth
We'll ask you a couple of questions, and then you can access your account.
Complete your registration
Answer a few short questions to register. Remember, you'll need the verification code that you were previously supplied with and an ID number
Access your dashboard
Once you have completed your registration, you can access your LetsGetChecked account dashboard
Arrange your experience
In your dashboard, you can then arrange your healthcare service which may include a screening or vaccination depending on your program
Employees may choose to participate at their own risk. Please carefully review all required authorizations and consent forms, as well as the process and limits for withdrawing consent. This includes, but is not limited to, embedded links such as the LetsGetChecked Privacy Policy.
