Which are the healthiest states in the USA?

We ranked the 50 states from most healthy to most unhealthy according to eight different health factors. All of the corresponding eight datasets are in the form of percentage rate within the population of that state - the higher the rate for any one factor, the higher the rank for that state (for example, North Dakota has the highest rate of alcoholism, and so is ranked 1/50 for this factor). When more than one health factor is selected, an average rank is calculated based on the number of factors selected. The eight datasets were sourced from a variety of governmental sources including the CDC and BCBS. All represent data between 2016-2019.
