Our home collection kits & medication are delivered in a plain envelope with no reference to LetsGetChecked, for a private testing experience.
Collect your sample
Activate your test & collect your sample in the morning with easy-to-follow instructions. Return your sample free of charge using the prepaid shipping label provided.
Receive your results
Once your sample arrives in the lab, a clear breakdown of your results will be available from your secure online account within ~2 to 5 days.
Get support & treatment
If your results show elevated LDL cholesterol, you can easily start a virtual consultation with our healthcare providers to discuss treatment options.
Get treated from home with a virtual consultation
To help you start treatment easily and reduce your risk of cardiac disease, we offer treatment options for high LDL cholesterol, also known as "bad" cholesterol. Once you get your results, start a virtual consultation with one of our healthcare providers for just $39. If you are a suitable candidate for treatment, we can send you medication directly to your home or prescribe medication to your local pharmacy.
Please note that the prescribed medication will be an additional cost. Prescribing guidelines vary depending on the location and your individual situation. Check your state below.

Activating the kit connects you to the unique alphanumeric barcode within your LetsGetChecked sample collection kit. The laboratory cannot process your sample if the kit is not activated and linked to you.
Please ensure that the sample is collected in the morning, on a Monday-Friday, and returned immediately using the carrier method provided within the sample collection kit. Each of our health tests includes a prepaid shipping envelope to return your samples to the laboratory.
Please do not collect or return samples on a Saturday or Sunday.
Please note: Sample collection kits have an expiration date on the side of the kit box in year, month, and day format. If your kit has expired, you will be unable to activate it.
LetsGetChecked has a team of board-certified providers who have created expert support materials and detailed result breakdowns for your testing journey. Our clinical team is on standby throughout the testing process and, if you test positive, you may receive a call to discuss your results.
Keeping your personal data secure is important to us. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security and confidentiality of your information, and only share your information where required to deliver our products and services or where we have a legal basis to do so. All samples are disposed of following analysis.

Yes, you can access your secure and confidential results in the Results tab on the app when they become available. They’re typically delivered to you within ~2-5 days of our lab receiving your sample.
