Treatment for elevated LDL Cholesterol with LetsGetChecked may not be suitable for everyone. Prescription for treatment is at the discretion of the prescribing clinician. Yes, this test is suitable for people with Type 2 diabetes. Our HbA1c test provides a picture of your average glucose levels over the past 2-3 months and can help you monitor your target levels over time. This test compliments your daily blood sugar testing to provide a complete picture of your blood sugar control and help you maintain your individual HbA1c goal. People with diabetes are at an increased risk of hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol) which has no symptoms, so this test also helps you to keep track of your cholesterol levels and heart health.

Each of our health tests includes a prepaid shipping envelope to return your sample to the laboratory.
Please note: Sample collection kits have an expiration date on the side of the kit box in year, month, and day format. If your kit has expired, you will be unable to activate it.
