Very efficient. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for reassurance.
The service this company provides, in my opinion, is better than some doctors I have been to. No exaggeration.
Discreet, simple, and saves so much time and trouble. Not to mention no moderately embarrassing conversations with your doc, if you're someone who is as shy as I am about sexual history conversations!
It was quick, easy and very professional. The nurse was easier to talk to than my Doctor.
Everything was smooth and super easy!
The individuals that work for this company have helped immensely to make a very stressful situation a little easier on me. I ... am 110% satisfied with my treatment.
Very straight forward the process and the nurse was really nice.
Love the privacy this gives.
Instructions were clear, turn-around was quick, and the price was right!
This is a business that is willing to go a little bit further for their service users... When I had a problem ... they stepped in and fixed it immediately with no fuss and no additional cost.
Ten out of ten. Excellent service, from first contact all the way through the process... Highly recommended.
A superb service, a smart initiative, and an incredibly useful route to better health. Thank you.
Still have questions?
Here are some questions we usually get about LetsGetChecked. If you would like yours answered, please get in touch.
First, you’ll need to download the free LetsGetChecked app and complete a digital patient intake form to tell the clinical team what you need help with. If you’re new to LetsGetChecked, we’ll ask you to fill out your personal health record with a few additional details like date of birth, medications, and allergies. Once you make your payment, we’ll send your details to our clinical team for review. The healthcare provider will message you via our secure messaging platform. When the healthcare provider has prepared your consultation summary, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s available in your LetsGetChecked app. Your summary will contain the healthcare provider's notes and a personalized treatment plan, such as a prescription for medication or an at-home test.
The cost of a virtual consultation is $49. This price includes the healthcare provider's consultation and assessment, and a personalized treatment plan if needed. Each virtual consultation covers the consultation assessment and treatment plan for one condition only.
Our clinicians can help with many common issues, however, there are certain conditions that are not appropriate for virtual consultations. We want to ensure you get the care you need. In some cases, we may recommend seeking in-person care with your primary care provider or at an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Department. The following are some conditions and situations for which we do not currently provide care: - Anyone under the age of 18 - Emergency or critical physical or mental health issues (including but not limited to life-threatening health conditions, conditions requiring urgent intervention or care, risk of harm to self or others, active psychosis, and substance misuse or detox) - please call the emergency services or go straight to your nearest emergency department - Psychiatric conditions including but not limited to schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder - Pregnancy - Neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and ADD Please note that this list is not exhaustive. The healthcare provider may feel that your care needs would be best met with in-person care or referral to a specialist.
The healthcare provider will typically review your information and respond within 24 hours if you submit your digital patient intake form during business hours Monday to Friday. If you submit your intake over the weekend or on public holidays, healthcare providers will respond once business hours resume as normal. Once a digital patient intake has been completed, providers will respond within 3 days.
If your condition gets worse or if you are experiencing an emergency, please call the emergency services or go to your nearest emergency department. LetsGetChecked consultations are not suitable for urgent or emergency situations.
After your consultation, the healthcare provider will prepare a plain-language consultation summary and a personalized treatment plan. This consultation summary will be available for you to download for your personal records or to share with other healthcare providers. If the treatment plan involves a prescription, depending on the state in which you reside, the prescription order will be sent to a retail pharmacy of your choice. The cost of medication is not covered by the cost of the consultation. If the treatment plan involves a health test, you will be able to purchase this test through your LetsGetChecked app. Check the ‘When to Test’ section on our website for more information about your specific test.
If the healthcare provider recommends prescription medication as part of your treatment plan, depending on the state in which you reside, the prescription order will be sent to you by mail. The cost of medication is not covered in the cost of the consultation.
All prescriptions are at the discretion of the healthcare provider. Please note that not all consultations result in a prescription, as this is decided by the healthcare provider on a case-by-case basis as to whether it is clinically necessary and appropriate. Antibiotics are not guaranteed following a consultation. To ensure your safety, there are a number of medications that LetsGetChecked will not provide a prescription for. These include: Hormonal replacement Narcotic pain medication DEA-controlled medications (including, but not limited to, ADHD stimulant medications and anti-anxiety benzodiazepines) Detox medications (e.g., Suboxone, Methadone) Medications intended for intramuscular injections Medications that require regular lab work and monitoring outside the scope of our lab Medications to induce sleep Medicinal marijuana Please note, the above list is not exhaustive and all prescriptions are at the discretion of the healthcare provider.
You will receive a secure message on your LetsGetChecked App dashboard and an email to notify you that your provider has messaged you.
To view your message, simply sign into your account using the LetsGetChecked App and click the message icon in the top right corner of your dashboard home screen.
