Have a condition that affects the shape of your penis (e.g. Peyroni’s).

Have had an erection lasting more than 4 hours.

Have eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa, NAION or severe vision loss.

Have had stomach ulcers.

Most side effects associated with sildenafil and tadalafil are minor, but more serious effects can occur. You can read about them in your medication information leaflet. It is important to tell us about any side effects you experience. The most common side effects are headaches, feeling sick, flushing, and dizziness. Chest pain.

An erection that lasts for more than 4 hours - this may or may not be painful.

A sudden decrease or loss of vision.

Seizures.

An allergic reaction, including rashes or other serious skin reactions.
